Dear Esteemed Leaders,

I am writing to urge you to consider the adoption of the International ISO-30415 Standard for Diversity & Inclusion Service Management as the guiding framework for enforcing compliance with our post-Proposition 1 New York State Constitution. In light of the Equal Rights Amendment that enshrines comprehensive anti-discrimination and retaliation measures, it is imperative that we implement robust and consistent auditing protocols across all state, municipal, and regulated corporations. There is a price for non-action, and it’s risk capital.

By leveraging The Int’l Standard, we can ensure a transparent systematic data-driven approach that not only measures corporate change management but also creates accountability to the highest standards of our constitution. The Amendment & Standard are tied directly to how the Insurance Industry prices the rising cost Professional Liability grievances and litigation. The cost of these risks are rinsing at a similar rate people’s management of Cyber Security in the 2010s. The good news is that New York has a blueprint for this via our 2017 Cyber Regulation. From New York we can enforce what Zurich & London call “Workforce Resilience” across the well capitalized.

I respectfully request that your office champion our constitution by mandating regular audits and enforcing compliance. My team will be hosting a series of info session on The Standard and we’d like you to join us.

Sincerely,

James Felton Keith

International Chairperson, ISO-30415:DISM Forum
