Step 2: Training

IMMI (Inclusion Maturity Model Integration) process design for D&I

Step 3: Practice

Establishing at least 400 hours of project work time in the D&I implementation of DIBoK

Step 4: Expertise

Select at least one (1) subject matter expertise from twenty-seven (27) diversity categories.

Step 5: Evaluation

Engage Inclusion Corporation for a panel examination of skills and time-in-field.
