Data Is Labor Day
Yesterday was Labor Day in the USA. From the InclusionScore team, congratulations to James Felton Keith on receiving the NAACP Labor Award this July at the 117th NAACP Annual Convention and 56th Annual Labor Awards.
James was introduced by Angie Wells, Director of Human Rights, Education and Health & Safety at the Communications Workers of America (CWA):

James's current work asks a consequential question for the future of labor: if workers create valuable data through their knowledge, judgment, decisions, and everyday work, how should they participate in the wealth that data creates?
His research also advances Workforce Service Management, the effort to turn the management of workforce services into standardized, measurable corporate operations.
