InclusionScore Chairperson James Felton Keith Recognizes Deloitte for Achieving ISO-30415 Maturity and Setting a Global Standard in DEI Service Management

Harlem, NYC – December 1, 2025 — InclusionScore, the world’s leading Diversity & Inclusion Service Management (DISM) platform based on ISO-30415:2021, proudly recognizes Deloitte for achieving certified maturity in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility (DEI&A) across its global operations.
Deloitte’s certification represents a landmark moment in the international movement to standardize DEI as a measurable, auditable, and continuous improvement process.
Hilary McVey, Managing Partner for DEI & Accessibility at Deloitte Canada, shared:
“We are honoured and proud to become one of the first global professional services firms to embed ISO‑30415 across our enterprise, aligning inclusive governance, human‑capital practices, and supplier diversity with a standard that reflects our values of belonging and equitable opportunity.”— Hilary McVey on LinkedIn
ISO 30415:2021, published by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), provides a global consensus for embedding DEI throughout corporate structures. The standard identifies 32 DEI domains across four core risk areas: governance, human resources, product/service delivery, and supplier diversity.
James Felton Keith, CEO of InclusionScore and editor of the DISM Library at the ISO-30415:DISM Forum, applauded Deloitte’s leadership:
“Deloitte’s commitment to ISO‑30415 maturity isn’t a symbolic badge — it’s a demonstration that inclusion, risk mitigation, and operational excellence can coexist as a core business strategy. This achievement affirms that DEI is not just about social values — it’s about organizational resilience, employee well-being, and sustained innovation.”
The audit and certification process included a full organizational review and maturity assessment, covering inclusive culture, HR lifecycle practices, product development, stakeholder engagement, and procurement. Organizations like Deloitte that achieve certified maturity demonstrate measurable compliance with ISO-30415’s rigorous governance and process requirements.
Linda Espinosa Valencia, the certified ISO-30415:DISM eductaor and auditor led Deloitte's diagnostic of the systems-based DEI implementation, shared:
“ISO-30415 offers organizations a roadmap to transform DEI from good intent into measurable, sustainable infrastructure. Deloitte’s success proves that holistic inclusion can and should be foundational — not optional.”— LinkedIn
As global standards shift from performative metrics to operational excellence, Deloitte’s achievement signals the rising importance of certified DEI maturity for risk mitigation, market access, and workforce sustainability.
