James Felton Keith is CEO at Inclusion Corporation and the engineer behind both Diversity & Inclusion Service Management (DISM) and the InclusionScore software platform. An engineer, economist, and corporate ethnographer by trade, he is a prominent advisor in International Relations and he was the first Black LGBTQ person to run for federal office in the United States when he ran for a U.S. Congressional seat.
