This International Women's Day we'd just like to tip our hats to the first South African Certified ISO-30415 Diversity & Inclusion Professional, Zimkhitha Gova who is also the front person of South Africa's national LGBT chamber organization, LGBTI Plus.
Zimkhitha and her partners at mining company Fraser Alexander and The Other Foundation organized dozens of the nation's largest companies in the nation's financial capitol, Johannesburg to prepare for large-scale auditing using the new ISO-30415 standard. We were excited to have James Felton Keith on the ground to demonstrate how to turn diversity rhetoric into D&I Service Management (DISM) in this post-pandemic world.
