About The Company

Inclusion Score, Inc. (collectively “Inclusion Score”, “we”, “us”, “our”)

Inclusion Score is the leader in Software as a Service (SaaS) for Diversity Equity Inclusion & Belonging. We were the first company to deliver an ISO 30415 certification and compliance process for Inclusion. We are also innovating in the insurance market by creating the first fixed-indemnity (parametric) insurance product to tie a lack-of-inclusion to tangible financial risk. In the 21st Century, Inclusion is greater than diversity. It is incentivized by insurance.

Our team at IS is working towards a common goal to consistently deliver to clients world-class risk management for inclusion and risk transfer while they create more mature processes for inclusivity. Our proprietary Inclusion Maturity Model Integration™ is a first-in-class method to build and sustain corporate inclusion throughout each industry supply-chain.

Our Logo IS

Our logo is inspired by having a mission greater than the intangibility of equality, it is about equity.

Our vision at IS is to quantify the intangible risks and assets affected by a dissatisfied workforce and transfer that risk to the balance sheets of the world, so that true inclusion can be incentivized from the top-down and the bottom up.  This is about so much more than the diversity of old, it is about making equity a financial choice, it is about making inclusion and act, and it is about making belonging as real a result as profits.

Our Business IS Simple

We sell a software assessment and we sell insurance based on that assessment.

We need your help to do it better with more people. We like more people.
